Sandra Cafazzo

Sandra Cafazzo, CFA, currently serves as the Head of Institutional Business and is a member of the Executive Committee at Zurich Invest AG since January 2024. Previously, Sandra has held prominent positions including President and Board Member of CFA Society Switzerland since September 2019, and Managing Director at Robeco overseeing Sales and Marketing in Switzerland from February 2020 to December 2023. Prior experience includes roles at PIMCO as Senior Vice President of Business Development from July 2013 to January 2020, and in equity derivative sales at Merrill Lynch from March 2011 to June 2013. Earlier in the career, Sandra worked as a Relationship Manager at Wellington Management and held several positions at UBS between 2001 and 2008, including associate portfolio management and investment consulting. Sandra's educational background includes an MBA from London Business School, leadership training at IMD, and a BSc from HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich, further complemented by an MBA exchange at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
