Daniel Pope

Daniel Pope has a diverse work experience in the field of electrical and electronics engineering. Daniel started their career at Eaton Electrical as a Software Engineer, where they designed power converter control algorithms and collaborated with engineers globally. Daniel then worked at Cree as an Embedded Design Engineer, where they designed and digitized power supplies for LED lights, generating IP and patents. Pope also worked at Earl Energy as a Lead System Engineer and Lead Control Engineer, where they designed control algorithms for power converters and worked on various projects related to power electronics. Daniel later joined Typhoon HIL as a Consultant, providing engineering services for HIL microgrids. Pope then worked at Danfoss Drives as a Sr. Controls Engineer and Software Engineer, where their main responsibilities included implementing a hardware-in-the-loop working method, building HIL rigs, and improving control software development. Currently, they are working at Zurn Water Solutions Corporation as a Principal Electrical and Electronics Engineer.

Daniel Pope earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 1997 and 2002. Daniel later pursued a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, although the specific dates are not provided.
