Vinod Kumar Rajakulanayakan has a diverse work experience history. Vinod Kumar recently joined ZUS Coffee as an Operations Lead in December 2021. Additionally, Vinod worked as a Senior Scheduler, where they utilized software to schedule fuel deliveries and generated daily profits of RM 42 million. Moreover, they gained experience as a Scheduling Support, managing deliveries to retail stations and commercial customers. Before their tenure at Shell, Vinod worked at HSBC as a Global Support Executive, excelling in processing auto loans and earning recognition for their performance.

Vinod Kumar Rajakulanayakan has a diverse education history. Vinod Kumar completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management from INTI from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Coventry University between 2002 and 2005. Their educational journey began at St.Paul Institution, where they obtained a Higher School Certificate in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates, studying there from 1990 to 2001.
