Ezhil Arasu has worked at several companies since 2002. ezhil began their career at Asclep Communications as a Module Lead. ezhil then moved to Motorola in 2005 as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2010, they became Director at Yatech Services. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at NSN - Nokia Solutions and Networks as a Solutions Architect. In 2017, they joined elix.ai as a Principal Architect. In 2018, they worked at Mongrov, Inc. and PatienTrials as a Principal Architect and at 0chain as a Blockchain Engineer.

Ezhil Arasu completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bharathiar University in 2002, having started their studies in 1998.
