In 2009, Cheryl joined Lexington Law Firm, where they initially served as a Paralegal before advancing to the role of Assistant Team Lead. As an Assistant Team Lead, they supported the team's performance and monitored various metrics to ensure client satisfaction. Cheryl then became a Team Lead, where they continued to manage team performance and communicate achievements and areas of improvement to upper management. Eventually, they assumed the position of Operations Manager, overseeing contact center service quality and leading a team of front-line managers.

Since 2015, Cheryl has been working at Zwicker & Associates, P.C. Cheryl began as a Litigation Assistant, responsible for analyzing reports, updating account statuses, and drafting basic legal documents. Cheryl then progressed to the role of Litigation Project Coordinator, demonstrating their ability to handle more complex responsibilities. In 2021, they were promoted to Litigation Operations Manager, where they managed the day-to-day operations of the litigation department. Currently, Cheryl serves as the Director of Litigation, a position they assumed in March 2022.
