Jackie Craver

Jackie Craver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community support and customer service management. Currently serving as Vice President of Community Support at Zwift since September 2019, Jackie leads a dedicated team focused on enhancing member experiences. Previously, at Nintendo, Jackie held the position of Senior Director, Consumer Contact Centers, where strategic direction and operational execution were key to improving consumer interactions. Earlier roles include Innovation Architect & Marketing Director at Safeco / Liberty Mutual Insurance, Vice President of Customer Service at the Houston Museum of Natural Science, and Vice President & Contact Center Manager at JPMorgan Chase Bank. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University.
