Kandi Parsons

Kandi Parsons is a seasoned attorney and shareholder at ZwillGen, where since August 2015, Kandi has specialized in privacy, security, and advertising law, providing guidance to clients from startups to Fortune 100 companies on issues such as FTC investigations and compliance with various regulatory frameworks. Prior to this role, Kandi served as Counsel--FTC Detailee for the United States Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, & Transportation, addressing consumer protection matters. Kandi's career also includes an eight-year tenure as a Senior Attorney with the Federal Trade Commission's Division of Privacy & Identity Protection, where Kandi focused on consumer privacy, data security, and your implementation of the revised COPPA rule. With legal training from Georgetown University Law Center and an undergraduate degree from Columbia University, Kandi's expertise spans diverse sectors including education and technology.
