Stuart's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Biotechnology Biofuels and Brewing Science from the University of Nottingham, where significant research was conducted on barley-derived spent grain conversion to bioethanol. Additional expertise encompasses microbial biotechnology, analytical chemistry, fermentation, and ecotoxicology, with extensive experience gained through various roles in both industry and academia, including multiple analytical and study coordination positions.
