Zhiyi (Zoey) GAO

Zhiyi (Zoey) GAO is a Legal Supervisor at Budweiser Brewing Company APAC since January 2021, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, listing compliance, and general corporate matters. Additionally, Zhiyi serves as a Legal Supervisor for Zx Ventures, specializing in minority investments and general corporate issues. Previously, Zhiyi worked as a Trainee Associate at Jingtian & Gongcheng Attorney at Law from September 2019 to December 2020, gaining experience in foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and minority investments. Early career experience includes internships at 锦天城律师事务所 and Bacardi. Zhiyi holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Economic Law from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and two bachelor's degrees in International Economic Law and English from Shanghai International Studies University.
