Karthick PR has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Karthick started their career as a Human Resources Intern at SHANKAR PACKAGINGS LIMITED in 2014. Karthick then worked as an HR - Employee Relations Executive at Collabera from 2015 to 2016, where they focused on employee retention strategies and conducted e-induction for new hires. In 2017, they served as a Human Resources Intern at DB Corp Ltd., where they handled recruitment activities and onboarding of new hires. In 2018, they co-founded Augmentation Consultants and worked as a Co-Founder for a year. Currently, they are employed at Zydex Industries, where they have held multiple roles. Karthick started as a Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition from 2018 to 2020. Karthick then served as an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition | C&B | Projects from 2022 to 2023, leading the talent acquisition function and managing compensation and benefits activities. Currently, they hold the position of Deputy Manager Human Resources at Zydex Industries.

Karthick PR obtained a Master's Degree in Social Work - Human Resource Management from Parul University, from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resource Management from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, from 2014 to 2015. Karthick also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor's of Commerce from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Train The Trainer from Dale Carnegie Training in March 2017.
