Sunny Narang

Sunny Narang has a diverse work experience in human resources, with their most recent position being Head HR at Zydex Industries since August 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Assistant General Manager - Talent Acquisition & Talent Management at the same company from April 2020 to September 2022. Sunny also served as Senior Manager - L&D at Zydex Industries from February 2017 to September 2022.

Before joining Zydex Industries, Sunny worked at Atul Limited as a Joint Manager - C&B and Functional HR Peoplesoft 9.0 from November 2013 to February 2017. Sunny also worked at Muthoot Finance Ltd as an Assistant Manager - Training from May 2011 to November 2013, and at Vivante Purefoods Pvt. Ltd. (Claris Lifescience Group) as a Sales HR from October 2010 to April 2011.

Sunny's earlier experience includes working at Atul Limited as an Assistant Manager HR, where they were involved in the implementation of PeopleSoft (HRMS) software from September 2008 to October 2010. Sunny also worked at Cera Sanitaryware Ltd as a Sr. Executive HR, focusing on recruitment and coordinating with different departments, from February 2007 to August 2008.

Sunny Narang began their education in 2001 at Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, specializing in Accounting & Auditing. Sunny completed this degree in 2004. Afterward, from 2004 to 2006, Sunny furthered their education at the same university, earning a Master's degree in Human Resources Development (MHRD).
