Krishma Shah is a seasoned professional in talent management with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Management at Zydus Group since May 2023, Krishma previously held the position of Senior Talent Advisor at Unilever from November 2021 to April 2023. Prior to that, experience includes serving as Senior Associate at PwC Acceleration Centers and Assistant Manager at Deloitte India, where Krishma also progressed through roles of Senior Executive and Executive. Early career experience includes consulting at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from October 2014 to November 2015. Krishma holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Center For Management and Human Resource Development, earned between 2012 and 2014.
