Matthew Didato

Matthew DiDato currently serves as a Value Stream Manager and previously held the role of Quality Engineer at Zygo since March 2022. Before joining Zygo, Matthew worked at GKN Aerospace from February 2017 to March 2022, where responsibilities included serving as a Value Stream Engineer and completing a Continuous Improvement internship focused on enhancing composite manufacturing through 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, and fishbone diagrams. In terms of education, Matthew is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Hartford, expected to be completed in May 2024, and has obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution in May 2023. Matthew also earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Central Connecticut State University in May 2017.
