Rafael Ferreira Biano has worked for several companies since 2008. Rafael began their career as an Aprendiz at American Bureau of Shipping in 2008. In 2010, they joined MHA Engenharia as an Auxiliar Administrativo, where they were responsible for updating monthly reports, creating spreadsheets to control documents, controlling attendance of workers on the job, and evaluating the progress of a hospital project. In 2011, they joined Promega Corporation as an Analista de Logística Sênior, where they were responsible for the supply chain, from planning the forecast and demand to delivering to the final customer. Rafael was also responsible for managing demand and deliveries, controlling and monitoring performance through KPIs, and managing logistics costs. Rafael was then promoted to Analista de Logística Pleno, where they were responsible for planning and managing demand, managing deliveries, KPIs, managing 3PLs, movements and stock management, and managing and monitoring import processes. In 2022, they joined Zymo Research Corp as a Customer Service Manager LATAM.

Rafael Ferreira Biano completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho from 2010 to 2014. In 2019, they completed a Capacitação Intensiva em Inteligência de Mercado from Live University. Rafael is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Gestão de Logística e Supply Chain from Live University which they are expected to complete in 2021.
