Mike Schmidt

Mike Schmidt has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mike currently serves as the Director of Revenue Operations Technology at Zywave since 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Rexnord Corporation, where they held various positions. From 2018 to 2022, they were the Director of CRM and Business Intelligence. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Program Director of Customer Solutions. Earlier, from 2011 to 2016, Mike was the Manager of Business Systems Analyst, responsible for designing data integration solutions and managing Salesforce.com. Prior to that, they held the position of Lead Business Systems Analyst from 2010 to 2011 and worked as a System Analyst for PeopleSoft Order Management from 2004 to 2010. Before joining Rexnord Corporation, Mike worked at Rexnord Industries, LLC. as the Customer Service Manager from 2001 to 2004.

Mike Schmidt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, which they obtained from the Lubar College of Business between 1998 and 2001. Mike further pursued their education at Cardinal Stritch University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2003 to 2005.
