Executive Moves

Vimeo has revealed the 11 board members the company plans on electing following its split from parent company IAC. Anticipated Board Members include IAC CEO Joey Levin, who will serve as Chairman of the Board, and famed Film Director Spike Lee. Source | Full Story

Audible has hired Zola Mashariki as Head of Studio Operations. Most recently, she was the Chief Content Officer for Good Films. Source | Full Story

Apple’s premium subscription streaming service Apple TV+ adds Zennen Clifton to its growing scripted development and programming team. Clifton formerly worked as EVP of 3BD Networks at 3BlackDot, a Los Angeles-based digital entertainment studio. Source | Full Story

NBCUniversal has named Melissa Harper to oversee all physical production across its TV and streaming portfolios as its new EVP of Production Management & Operations. Harper was previously the EVP of Scripted Production at Freemantle. Source

ViacomCBS announced that Danielle De Jesus has joined Showtime as VP of Scripted Programming and that Dave Binegar has been promoted to VP of Scripted Programming. De Jesus was most recently the SVP of Development at End of Episode. Source

Apple has hired former Spotify exec Erika Clarke and former Lifetime exec Colleen Grogan as Unscripted Creative Executives for Apple TV+. Source

Disney has promoted Lauren Kisilevsky to SVP, Original Movies at Disney Branded Television. She previously served as VP of Original Movies, Disney Channels. Source

BBC Studios has announced that Julian Hector the head of its Natural History Unit will step down at the end of the year after almost three decades at the BBC. Source

Republic Records has promoted Xiarra-Diamond Nimrod to vice president of marketing strategy. Source

BridgeTower Media has appointed Tom Callahan as its new Chief Financial Officer. Callahan has more than 25 years in financial leadership roles and extensive background in digital media. Source

Highland Film Group hired Caleb Ward as VP Acquisitions and promoted Anita Levian to Head of Business and Legal Affairs effective immediately. Source

AT&T’s Warner Bros. Pictures named Kurt Rieder as Head of Asia-Pacific Theatrical Releasing for Warner Bros. Rieder joins Warner Bros. Pictures from Disney. Source

Disney's 20th Television has elevated Chet Dave to SVP of Comedy Development to replace Cheryl Dolins, who left the studio in December. Source

Disney-owned Freeform will need a new SVP of Casting and Talent after Elizabeth Boykewich, a 16-year company veteran, departed. Source

Moxie 88 has promoted Maria Eugenia Esponda to EVP Development. Source

Skydance Media has named Luis Fernández as its first-ever Head of Consumer Products. Fernández is a 20-year veteran of Disney. Source

Shutterstock announced that Meeckel Beecher is joining the company as Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. He joins Shutterstock from Altice USA, where he served as Director of Community Affairs. Source

UTA said that it has hired Ander Nickell as a brand partnerships executive in its esports division. Nickell was most recently the Head of Global Partnerships at Activision. Source

The Ad Council announced that Elise James-DeCruise has been hired to serve as its first-ever Chief Equity Officer. Previously, James-DeCruise was the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Cleveland-based independent marketing communications agency Marcus Thomas. Source

BBDO San Francisco announced a new leadership team today in Kelly Johnson as Chief Executive Officer and Thiago Cruz as Chief Creative Officer. Source
