Nuvolo, a connected workplace software provider, promoted Tao (Jake) Ye from Chief Architect to CTO.

Reejig, a workforce intelligence platform, hired former DocuSign executive Trent Peterson as VP of Global Customer Success.

PagerDuty, a digital operations management company, selected Katherine Post Calvert as Chief Marketing Officer, effective May 9, 2022.

Talkdesk, a global cloud contact center for customer-focused companies, named Jeff Haslem as its first Chief Information Officer.

Spiff, a sales commission software, appointed Matt Gahr as its Chief Revenue Officer. Gahr spent the last four years at Emburse.

Fintech

Mobilum, a technology-driven company making digital assets and cryptocurrencies accessible through traditional finance and payment infrastructure, appointed Steven LaBella, a three-time fintech startup founder, as CEO.

Lower, a multi-channel fintech firm, hired Gautam Kumar as CFO. Kumar previously served as CFO of Rocket Travel.

Airbase, a spend management platform, appointed Krishna Panicker to VP of Product. Krishna was previously the Chief Product Officer at Pipedrive.

SmartAsset, an online destination for financial information and advice and a national marketplace connecting consumers to financial advisors, hired Dave Jones as CFO. Jones most recently served as CFO at Vroom.

Insurtech

OneShield, a software company that delivers solutions to the insurance and financial services industries, hired David Deal as Chief Legal Officer (CLO). Deal comes to OneShield following his role as CLO and COO for Trōv.

Health Tech

Truepill, a digital health platform, appointed John Foster as Chief People Officer. Most recently, he served as Chief People Officer at TrueCar.

Truepill, a digital health platform, hired veteran healthcare executive Doreen Bortel as Chief Growth Officer.

E-Commerce

Mirakl, an enterprise marketplace SaaS platform, named Eric Heurtaux as Group CFO and Patrick Houry as Group Chief Human Resources Officer. Heurtaux previously served as the CFO at Worldline and Houry worked as the CHRO at Akka Technologies.

Media Tech

Shift Media, a provider of all-in-one cloud-based video solutions, selected Ramu Potarazu, the former President and CEO of Binary Fountain, as its new CEO.

PeopleFun, a developer of mobile games, promoted Carol Miu from Chief Product and Analytics Officer to CEO.

Transportation Tech

Hertz, a rental car company, announced that two-time startup founder and Ford leader Ned Ryan will join as Chief Product Development Officer, effective May 9.

Apple has recruited Desi Ujkashevic, Ford’s Global Director of Safety Engineering, to help lead its team that is developing a fully electric autonomous car.

Wisk, an urban air mobility company creating an autonomous, all-electric eVTOL air taxi, announced that Tyler Painter has joined the company as CFO. Most recently he served as CFO for Surf Air Mobility.

Logistics Tech

E2open, a B2B provider of cloud-based, on-demand software for supply chains, appointed Marje Armstrong as CFO, effective May 16. Armstrong currently serves as VP of Finance at Dropbox.

Cybersecurity

Deepwatch, the leader in advanced managed detection and response security, named John Lionato as EVP of Security Operations. Lionato joins from Accenture, where as Managing Director for Managed Detection and Response.

Zscaler, a cloud security company, announced that ex-Googler Brendan Castle was appointed Chief People Officer.

IT

UiPath, an enterprise automation software company, announced that former Google Cloud executive Robert Enslin will be its Co-CEO, effective May 16.

Sumo Logic, a SaaS analytics platform that enable reliable and secure cloud-native applications, appointed Tej Redkar as its Chief Product Officer and Sophie Kitson as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Tickr, an AI-powered unified data solution provider, added former Procter & Gamble and Kroger executive Steve Marosi as CTO.

CUJO AI, a network intelligence software company, selected former Comcast product executive Remko Vos as its new CEO.

JFrog, a DevOps platform provider, named Kelly Hartman as its SVP of Channels and Alliances. Hartman joins JFrog from IBM, where she served as VP of Ecosystem and Business Development.

LiveRamp, a global data enablement platform, promoted Vihan Sharma from SVP of Safe Haven and Managing Director Europe to EVP of Global Revenue.

LogicMonitor, a SaaS-based observability and IT operations data collaboration platform, hired Alyene Schneidewind as Chief Performance Officer and Julie Solliday as Chief Customer Officer.

HashiCorp, a leading provider of multi-cloud infrastructure automation software, appointed Gurpreet Singh, a former Google leader, as SVP of Networking.

Calix, a provider of the cloud and software platforms, systems, and services required to deliver the unified access network and smart premises, hired Doug McNitt as EVP and General Counsel. He joins Calix from Vectra AI, where he served as general counsel and secretary.

Internet

Match Group, the parent company of dating apps Hinge and Tinder, announced that CEO Shar Dubey has resigned and Zynga President Bernard Kim has been named CEO, effective May 31.

OpenCorporates, a database of transparent, reliable and up-to-date company data, appointed Ralph Vossmeyer as its Chief Revenue Officer. Previously, Vossmeyer was a General Manager and executive leader at Teradata.

Libro, an online reservation management and diner engagement technology company, hired Lorne Schwartz as President.

Connectivity

RapidSOS, an emergency response data platform, hired former FirstNet CEO Edward Parkinson as President, Public Sector.

Boingo Wireless, a provider of cellular distributed antenna systems (DAS), Wi-Fi and private networks, hired Tanya Lynch as VP of Human Resources. Prior to Boingo, Lynch held HR executive roles at Mouser Electronics and the Neiman Marcus Group.

Proptech

PunchListUSA, a marketplace to digitize home inspection data, appointed Mark Kearns as its new CFO. Prior to joining PunchListUSA, Kearns was the CFO at Selene Finance.

Gateless, a technology company that provides the mortgage industry with intelligent automation, promoted Bryan Jackson from Head of Product Delivery to CTO.

RedTeam Software, a construction management software platform provider, named Traci VanDalsem as VP of Client Experience. VanDalsem most recently served as President of Paskr.

SmartRent, a provider of smart home and smart building automation for property owners, managers, developers, homebuilders and residents, named Hiroshi Okamoto as CFO, effective May 9. Okamoto joins SmartRent from Kinkisharyo International, where he was CFO.
