Dustin Dipo has over 15 years of work experience at 1-800 CONTACTS. Dustin started in 2005 as a Training Coordinator, where they trained over 550 associates, taught new hire classes, and developed training materials. From 2008 to 2011, they served as a Call Center Manager and then became a Call Center Associate Director from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Senior Manager in Digital & Development. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Director of Inbound Sales & Service, and they are currently the Director of People Operations.
Dustin Dipo obtained a degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from Utah Valley University from 2006 to 2009. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Stakeholder Centered Coaching from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching in 2019, Certified Strength Coach from Gallup in 2019, and Certified Birkman Consultant from Birkman International in 2014.
