Joye G.

Joye G. has a diverse work experience in various management positions. Joye started their career at Excellus BCBS in 2007 as a Manager of Operations Government Programs. In 2008, they moved to Sutherland Global Services where they held multiple roles including Quality Assurance Manager, Team Manager for various projects including RIM Blackberry Technical Support and Turbo Tax, and Senior Team Manager for AT&T Click to Chat. Joye then joined Go Answer in 2018 as an Operations Performance Manager and later became the Program Manager for the Legal Division in September 2019.

Joye G. began their education in 1994 at Onondaga Community College, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology. They then went on to study at Syracuse University from 1997 to 1999, obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Psychology. Continuing their education, Joye attended Thomas Cooley Law School from 2000 to 2002, focusing on Corporate Law. Lastly, they completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2006.
