Garry Ridge

Garry Ridge is the founder of The Learning Moment, dedicated to fostering a culture of passionate employees who drive innovation and learning. Currently serving as Chairman Emeritus at WD-40 Company, Garry also holds multiple leadership roles, including Chairman of HeartCount™ and member of the Board of Advisors at The Gorilla Glue Company. Additionally, Garry is a Board Member at Eastridge Workforce Solutions and an Executive Coach at 100 Coaches Agency. As an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego, Garry teaches corporate culture principles in the Master of Science in Executive Leadership program. With extensive experience at WD-40 Company, including previous roles as Chairman and CEO, Garry has a proven track record in strategic planning and organizational management. Education includes a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and a diploma in Wholesale/Retail Distribution from Sydney Technical College.
