Bruce Glendinning

Bruce joined the 1031 team in July of 2022 as the Chief Growth Officer. Bruce’s career experience spans over 30 years in the real estate industry. Most recently he served as Managing Director of Sales for Compass Real Estate and helped launch their expansion into North Carolina where they opened 6 offices and onboarded over 400 real estate agents in 2021. Prior to that Bruce served as Senior Vice President for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach Realtors in Pennsylvania and New Jersey Markets. His responsibilities included overseeing 20 sales managers and 1,500 real estate agents for the company's largest sales regions.

Bruce’s primary focus for 1031 Corp will be strategic sales planning, account management, growth initiatives and geographic market expansion throughout the United States.
