Cayman Wade

Cayman is is an incredibly dedicated individual with a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management from Eastern Florida State College. He has always admired leaders and has a great passion for accomplishing goals with a team. In the past, Cayman has been in supervisor/management roles since his 17 (6 years) across multiple industries.

His first steps were at Central Florida pick and pay as a marketing specialist. In the course of 3 months, he learned the entire company to an extent that he was promoted to general manager. It was certainly a challenge as he came into management right after COVID decreased company revenue by 5%. He was responsible for managing a 35-person company to produce $9 million dollars in revenue in his first year by recycling over 8,000 cars. One of the highlights during his management was increasing vendor relationships by 30%, which equates to 48 companies.

Over the course of his management, revenue rose nearly 10% while battling the worst supply chain crisis that our modern-day country had seen. His labor force grew from 35 to 45 people to produce an extra 15% increase in recycled cars

Cayman was looking to get into the Technology industry to follow his passion. He had experienced management positions at every level and now he’s looking to fulfill his lifetime goal.
