Kate Grenadier

Kate is a bit of a “gal-of-many-trades”, with a common theme of managing “all things people”. Kate has been working in the digital creative agency world for over 12 years. Her background is rooted in program, project and account management; however her roles over the years have evolved to organizational operations management, as well as managing the people-side of business; with a focus on building company culture, employee engagement, professional growth and development, and talent acquisition. Kate is also an ICF Certified Career Coach – and has helped many people on career transitions, leadership development, and finding work/life balance; among other things.

Most recently, Kate’s been working as a freelance consultant, coach, and professional recruiter; working with multiple organizations on implementing various processes and best practices, program development/management, and talent acquisition from entry to executive level roles. After a few years of freelancing, Kate has missed being part of a larger team, and is excited to be joining 10up and working towards something bigger. Kate takes a very “user-experience focused” approach to everything she does, particularly as it relates to recruiting, and believes firmly in “recruiting like a human”. Kate also has a big focus and passion on building Diversity & Inclusion.
