Kathleen Gremo

Kathleen Gremo is the Accounting & Finance Manager at 10up. Kathleen has over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on FP&A, client finance management, process improvement, and systems implementation.

Kathleen started their career at Prophet, an integrated consulting firm and agency that specializes in branding, marketing, design, analytics, and innovation. At Prophet, they were responsible for forecasting cash on a rolling 12-month basis monthly, overseeing client finance on multiple gold star clients, and improving monthly processes to shorten the month end close to a T+5 schedule.

In their current role at 10up, Kathleen is responsible for managing the accounting and finance function for the company. Kathleen has successfully recovered $1.3m in outstanding receivables aged over 180 days in a two-year period, negotiated payment terms with client procurement and setup process to ensure timely payment of client invoicing, and updated audit footnotes for the Annual Consolidated Audit.

Kathleen Gremo has a Master of Accounting and Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.

Kathleen Gremo reports to Chuck Bartlett, CFO. They work with Sarah Christathakis - Billing Manager, Celeste Chapman - Senior Accountant, and Dena Wilkerson - Staff Accountant.
