11:FS is on a mission to change the fabric of financial services. Our Ventures practice builds challenger propositions globally, like we did for Natwest with Mettle. Our Pulse team creates a benchmarking tool used by the likes of Monzo, Starling, Natwest and Tesco Bank. On top of all of that, we’re a media company, our Growth team generate a stream of content that supports our brand and changes the conversation - not necessarily in that order. Our Foundry team is creating a fintech building machine by leveraging our experience and history of building multiple fintech banks and other propositions.

Aim of the role

As an SDR, your focus will be on increasing the volume of sales-qualified leads coming into the pipeline and generating demo opportunities for the new business team. You will be adopting cold outbound prospecting techniques to identify, target, and reach out to decision-makers within businesses that could benefit from 11:FS Pulse.

We’d like to speak with existing Sales Development Representatives with a proven track record looking to take on a new challenge within a dynamic and exciting environment.

11:FS Pulse

Pulse is 11:FS’ competitor analysis and benchmarking platform. It tracks the customer journeys of 600+ financial services companies across 55+ countries, analyzing how effectively their journeys solve the customers' needs versus their competitors. Pulse is used by financial services companies worldwide to build more customer-centric products and significantly improve their customer experiences, satisfaction rates, and conversion rates. The overall aim of the platform is to improve performance, acquisition, and top-line revenue. Our primary customers are Directors/ Heads of Product, Design, and UX in world-leading financial services companies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the new business team to create prioritised lists of target accounts and decision-makers from companies globally
  • Champion outreach by building and maintaining communication sequences that can be used to contact target accounts to generate new business opportunities
  • Where relevant, perform initial qualification/ discovery calls with leads to identify pains in clients’ processes and position the benefits or solutions that Pulse can provide
  • Articulate and build an understanding of our value proposition to multiple stakeholders based on their individual needs
  • Following qualification, schedule demonstration calls between the new business team and decision-makers
  • Properly disqualify leads where you have identified a lack of fit, being sure to properly articulate to the lead why OR position another 11:FS solution as a better fit to their needs (consulting, foundry, research, media)
  • Build an internal network of trusted 11:FS advisors who can support you in connecting targets with the 11:FS suite of solutions
  • Build an external network of clients and decision-makers who see you and Pulse as trusted advisors
  • Support the new business team with high-level strategy and internal initiatives where needed in order to improve the efficiency and processes of the team

Key performance indicators

As an SDR, you will be targeted on:

  • The volume of buyer profiles you identify and contact per month
  • The volume of demonstration calls you schedule for the new business team per month with sales-qualified leads
  • The volume and value of closed deals per month generated from your booked demos
