Maria Koulouris

Maria Koulouris is a highly experienced professional who has held various directorial positions in human rights-focused organizations such as The 11th Hour Project, American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative, and Global Rights. With a background in law including a degree in Human Rights Law from Columbia Law School, Maria has also worked as a legal officer investigating war crimes and crimes against humanity committed during the Habre dictatorship in Chad.
