Wagner Gonçalves

Wagner Gonçalves is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Gerente de TI at 123Milhas since November 2021, Wagner leads teams responsible for the maintenance and development of key company products, focusing on high-availability systems and performance under heavy load. With a career spanning over two decades, Wagner has worked as an independent full-stack web developer since 2013 and held various roles at Prodemge, including Superintendent and Technical Leader, where strategic project management and customer relations were prioritized. Additionally, Wagner contributed to academia as a professor at Faculdade Pitagoras, earning recognition for excellence in teaching.
