Shalayah Washington

Shalayah Washington is currently the Senior Manager for Video Engagement + Growth at 143 Studios, Inc., where Shalayah oversees and leads the day-to-day operations of the Mel Robbins YouTube Channel. Prior to this role, Shalayah worked at Vista Higher Learning as a Media Project Manager focusing on video strategy and production. Shalayah also served as an Executive Producer & Project Manager at Symphony Ventures, handling editorial calendars, livestream production, and website updates. With a Bachelor of Science in Communications Media from Fitchburg State University, Shalayah has a strong background in media production and project management.
