Emily Latimer

Deputy Director of Corporate Engagement at The Dream Corps

Emily works across Dream.org programs to develop corporate responsibility and communications strategies and strengthen partner relationships. She joins Dream.org with nearly 10 years of experience building communications campaigns for political, business, and nonprofit leaders. Over her career, she has worked for Hawaii’s congressional delegation in both the U.S House and Senate, and trained and advised more than two dozen organizations, legislators, and executives in crisis communication, community relations, and advocacy. Originally from Oahu, Hawaii, Emily is rooted in Aloha State’s values of service, multicultural inclusion, and family. She is a volunteer and advisor to AccesSurf, a nonprofit leader in adaptive surfing, and has taught and studied movement-based healing practices for over a decade. She is a graduate of Tulane University where she studied Political Economy and International Relations.
