Ruslan Sabitov has over 15 years of experience in software engineering and development. From 2014 to present, they have been the CTO and VP of Engineering at 15 Seconds of Fame, Inc., where they have been able to stabilize and keep the production systems running without any bottlenecks or significant issues. Ruslan has also been able to manage the priorities using Sun Tzu strategy by focusing the company resources on the most beneficial outcomes, and has been able to dig into the company processes and products to identify the most advantageous features to improve efficiency and decrease operational software costs. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Business Intelligence Architect at KGB, where they oversaw and designed a full implementation of the business intelligence platform into the existing corporate data framework with frequent communication with domestic customers and vendors. Ruslan also organized the configuration and integration of the Workday solution into KGB’s infrastructure by defining the company’s data elements, business processes, and associated integrations with business stakeholders, and managed complete analysis and implementation of Verizon billing processes. From 2009 to 2012, they were a Product Architect at LBi US, where they produced a highly customizable mobile website platform for multiple brands of Johnson & Johnson, developed Bayer Kogenate iPad App for the sales department, and developed business requirements for Sony desktop & mobile websites that enable customers to play online games. From 2005 to 2009, they were a Software Architect at Web Merchants, Inc., where they developed a new concept of product search based on existing Microsoft SQL Server that outperformed web page search from Google, managed the development of a user alert system that supported processing different alert types through a centralized system, and integrated the company’s website with 50+ search and comparison-shopping engines.
Ruslan Sabitov obtained their Master's degree in Computer Science from Ufa State Aviation Technical University between 1993 and 1998. Ruslan then attended Baruch College from 2010 to 2011, studying Principles of Finance.
