Matt Hilley has a wealth of experience in the marketing and sports industry. Matt started their career at LEJ Sports Group as an Account Supervisor before being promoted to Account Director, where they led activations for clients such as the NBA and Major League Baseball. After eight years with LEJ, Matt joined The Coca-Cola Company as a District Marketing Manager. Matt then moved on to ignition inc. and Havas Sports & Entertainment, where they held various leadership roles and successfully brought in new clients such as Under Armour and the NBA. Currently, Matt is working as the SVP, Global Activation at 160over90, where they manage a team specializing in strategic sponsorship and activation services.

Matt Hilley has a Master of Sports Administration (MSA) degree from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
