Lucio Arbix

Lucio Arbix has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In their most recent position as Director of Engineering Services at 1648 Factory, they oversee the engineering services department. Previously, they worked as a Business Development Manager at BairesDev, where they were responsible for designing and implementing a new outbound strategy to generate sales pipeline and revenue through cold outreach. At InEvent, Lucio served in various roles, including Sales Development Manager, Inside Sales Global Team Leader, and Inside Sales Representative. Lucio managed and coached multiple teams, developed new ways of transforming events into business generators, and educated the market about virtual and hybrid event opportunities. Before that, Lucio worked as a Career Consultant at IPOG, where they focused on consultative sales of MBAs and other post-graduation courses. As General Manager at Crossfit Maresias, they promoted sales growth and completed an M&A deal, leveraging relationships and networks for partnership opportunities. Lucio also held sales management positions at Classe A Cosméticos and Valmari. Lucio started their career as a Scientific Initiation intern at the University of São Paulo and gained experience as an intern at Duda Mendonça Marketing Político.

Lucio Arbix completed their Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2016 and 2018. Lucio then pursued an MBA in Business Management, Innovation, and Competitive Strategy from IPOG - Instituto de Pós-Graduação e Graduação from 2019 to 2020.
