Els Wildenberg

Els Wildenberg is currently the Hoofd HR at Volant, where Els oversees human resources for four schools in the Gooise Meren municipality. With a background in HR, coaching, and training, Els has extensive experience in various roles in companies such as 1801 jeugd & onderwijsadvies, Iedereen een blije baan!, and JobElse. Els has also worked with The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson in talent acquisition and HR roles. Els has a Bachelor's degree in HBO Human Resources Management and has received certifications in life and career coaching, training, and DISC assessment.
