Katie Moran

Katie Moran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global benefits management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Benefits at 1Password since February 2025, Katie oversees the design and execution of benefit programs in the U.S. Previously, Katie held similar roles at Workhuman, contributing valuable leadership from April 2019 to January 2025, where responsibilities included U.S. benefits management and strategic vision implementation. Katie's background also includes positions at Gilbane Building, Virgin Pulse, and ShapeUp, Inc., where a strong focus on health and wellness initiatives was a common theme. Educationally, Katie holds an MBA from Providence College, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bryant University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Policy and Management from Providence College.
