Dale King has over 30 years of work experience. In 2022, they joined 2 Circle Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Program Analyst. Before that, they were employed by the United States Air Force from 1991 to 2022. During their tenure, they held various roles such as Program Manager / Operations Planner, Senior Operations Manager, Production and Operations Planning Manager and Aircraft and Weapons Maintenance Technician / Crew Leader / Trainer. As a Program Manager / Operations Planner, they supported 10 locations worldwide that included 1,172 personnel and a fleet of 20.5K pieces of equipment valued at $400M. As a Senior Operations Manager, they led teams of up to 430 technicians and shaped policy and procedure for a $7B fleet. As a Production and Operations Planning Manager, they prioritized and delegated tasks in a dynamic environment with a fleet of equipment valued at $750M. As an Aircraft and Weapons Maintenance Technician / Crew Leader / Trainer, they improved QA pass rates by 12% and achieved 100% equipment operability.

Dale King obtained a Masters Degree in Human Relations (Organizational Development Emphasis) from the University of Oklahoma between 2008 and 2012. Dale then obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Professional Aeronautics with minors in Aviation Safety and Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University-Worldwide between 2002 and 2005. In 2013, they attended the USAF Advanced Maintenance and Munitions Operations School (AMMOS) and completed the AMSC Advanced Maintenance Superintendent Course. Dale also obtained an Associate of Science (AS) in Aircraft Armament Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force prior to 2004.
