Anna Essehag

Anna Essehag has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Anna started their career as a Quality Engineer at Pfizer in 2002. Anna then worked as a Logistics Officer and later as a Team Leader at the United Nations World Food Programme from 2003 to 2006. Anna then joined Ragn-Sells AB as a Project Manager from 2006 to 2008. Anna also worked as a Team Leader at EULEX Kosovo, European Union Rule of Law Mission from 2008 to 2009.

Anna then became the Quality and Environmental Manager at Ragn-Sells AB from 2009 to 2014, where they were responsible for various aspects of quality and environmental work. After that, they worked as a Project Manager for business development at Täby kommun for a year.

In 2015, Anna joined Active Progress Consulting as a Management Consultant, and from 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Ramboll Management Consulting. In this role, they focused on sustainability and business development, providing strategic advisory services to management teams.

From 2019 to 2023, Anna worked at Ramboll as the Manager of Sustainability, leading the sustainability agenda in Ramboll Sweden. Anna also served as the Head of a business unit at a company called 2050 from 2023 onwards. Throughout their career, Anna showcased leadership skills, agility, strategic thinking, and expertise in areas such as sustainability, business development, and quality management.

Anna Essehag began their education in 1996 at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering in 2002. During their studies, they also completed a Master of Science program in Engineering at the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble from 1998 to 1999.

In 2002, Anna attended Stockholm University, focusing on Economics and Political Science. Anna then pursued further education in the field of humanitarian assistance, completing an International Diploma in Humanitarian Assistance at the Center for International Humanitarian Cooperation in 2005.

Moving on to their professional development, Anna participated in various specialized courses. In 2008, they attended Utveckling Grupp Ledare for a course on UGL (development group leadership). In 2011, they completed the Kvalitetschefskurs (Quality Manager Course) at Sandholm Associates.

Anna expanded their knowledge in business administration by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University from 2014 to 2015.

To enhance their skills in IT service management, Anna obtained certifications from Axelos in 2015 and 2016. Anna completed the ITIL Foundation course in 2015, followed by ITIL Service Strategy and ITIL Service Design courses in 2016.
