Thibaud Coudriou has an extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Thibaud started their career as an Intern at Bain & Company in 2010 and later became an Associate Consultant at the same company. Thibaud then worked as a Product Management Coordinator at TradingScreen, a FinTech company in 2008. Thibaud also worked as an External Consultant at UEFA in 2014 and as a Commission Member at Union Cycliste Internationale, the Cycling Governing Body, from 2014 to 2017. Thibaud held the position of Operations Director at AEG Sports, which manages teams like the LA Lakers and LA Galaxy, from 2015 to 2019. Thibaud served as the Strategy, Marketing, and Business Development Director for North America at A.S.O., the organization responsible for the Tour de France, from 2015 to 2020. Thibaud was also involved in the surf industry and consumer goods sector as a Strategy Board Member at SALTY Inc. from 2020 to 2022. Thibaud currently holds the position of Senior Director of Strategy & Revenue Management at 24 Hour Fitness, where they previously worked as the Strategy & Transformation Director and the Strategy & Innovation Director.
Thibaud Coudriou attended ESSEC Business School from 2006 to 2009, where they earned an MSc in Business Administration and Management. In 2009, they completed a Post-Graduate Program in Business Administration and Management at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2005, they attended Lycée Hoche, where they studied Mathematics, Economy, Geopolitics, History, and Philosophy in the Preparatory Classes.
