Peter Albert

Peter Albert has extensive work experience in the mining industry. Peter is currently the Managing Director & CEO at 29Metals since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the CEO of Copper Assets at EMR Capital from February 2020 to May 2021. From September 2016 to January 2020, they were the Chief Executive Officer at HFR and Geoalcali. Previously, they held the position of CEO at Jinchucan International Resources Group from June 2015 to August 2016, and at G-Resources from May 2009 to June 2015. Peter began their career at Oxiana in 2000, where they worked as an EGM until 2008.

Peter Albert attended Worcester Royal Grammar School from 1970 to 1977. Peter then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Minerals Engineering from the University of Birmingham from 1978 to 1981. Later, they obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Monash Mt Eliza between 1997 and 2001.
