Carla Powell Caps

Carla Powell has a strong background in property management, with a focus on leasing and marketing. In their role as Executive Vice President of Residential Management at 2B Residential, they oversaw the management of 45 luxury apartment communities, implementing new marketing and advertising campaigns to increase occupancy rates. Prior to that, they worked as a Property Manager at Freeman Webb, Inc., where they successfully leased up a property undergoing renovation and created new marketing campaigns to attract a higher-end demographic. Carla also has experience as a Regional Property Manager at MLP Management, where they oversaw the lease up of high-end apartment communities and developed innovative marketing campaigns. Carla also worked as a Property Manager, responsible for successfully marketing and leasing a tax credit property.

Carla Powell, CAPS, obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Interior Design from Maryville University of Saint Louis, graduating in 1991. In addition to their degree, Carla has additional certifications including a CAPS Certification, which they obtained from the NAA in August 2013. Carla also holds a Missouri Real Estate License - Salesperson, which they obtained from the State of Missouri in May 1992.
