Feras Al Sheikh has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. Feras started their career in 2010 as a Network and System Administrator at LKD Technologies. Feras was responsible for managing DC 2008, ISA 2006, SQL 2005 and 2008, Exchange 2007 systems, as well as installing and troubleshooting NComputing system and Team Foundation Server.

In 2011, Feras joined Airport International Group (AIG) as a Senior IT Officer. During their time there, they implemented an Asterisk IP PBX system, replacing the old analog PABX with a VoIP solution. Feras also integrated airport telephony systems using the Asterisk gateway, CCM, and Nortel PBX.

In 2014, Feras joined 2P Perfect Presentation as a Contact Center Technical Manager. Feras managed the technical department and created SLA documents with KPIs. Feras also managed a team of 10 IT Engineers and ensured round-the-clock support. Additionally, they had expertise in VMware ESXi 5.

From 2017 to 2018, Feras served as the Acting Contact Center Business Unit General Manager at 2P Perfect Presentation. In this role, they were responsible for delivering high standards of service to customers and maximizing the efficiency of call-center staff and technology resources. Feras also ensured that agents had the necessary knowledge and skills to address customer inquiries and support requests effectively.

From 2018 to 2021, Feras worked as a Business Director at 2P Perfect Presentation, specifically focusing on Contact Centers & CX. Feras consulted with business teams, designed product lifecycles, received customer feedback, and monitored all processes that directly interacted with customers. Feras was also responsible for ensuring the approval and mass distribution of high-quality products.

Most recently, Feras holds the position of Director of Sales Engineering at 2P Perfect Presentation, which they assumed in 2022.

Feras Al Sheikh obtained a Bsc in Computer Engineering from Al-Hussein Bin Talal University, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include the CX master class training from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in December 2019, the COPC CX Best Practice implementation leader certification from COPC Inc. in October 2019, membership in the Association of International Product Marketing and Management (AIPMM) obtained in May 2019, the CPC certification from Genesys in February 2016, the ICCE certification from Genesys in March 2015, the dCAA certification from Digium in October 2013, the MCITP certification from Microsoft in August 2011, the MCSE certification from Microsoft in August 2011, and the CCNA certification from Cisco in June 2009.
