Kelly Lane

Kelly Lane is an experienced Human Resources executive currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at 3STEP Sports since July 2021. Previously, Kelly held the position of Head of Human Resources at Amazon Robotics from July 2018 to July 2021. Before that, Kelly was the Director of Human Resources at Cisco Systems for over two decades, from March 1996 until November 2016. Earlier in Kelly's career, roles included Vice President of Staffing at State Street from 1994 to 1996 and Director of Staffing, Development and Training at Lechmere, Inc. from 1986 to 1994. Kelly holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BS in Management from Babson College.
