This position is fully remote. EST working hours. Preferred states: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Alabama, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Colorado. Employees have full access to use the Downtown Orlando 321 office as a co-working or production space.

Some More Specifics:
Lead client discussions on business goals; understand what specific KPIs our client is holding us responsible for so that we can optimize and add value beyond their expectations.
Lead the development of comprehensive marketing and advertising plans, in collaboration with our subject matter experts, based on first-and-third party research, KPIs identified with our client, macro-and-microeconomic trends, previous individual and agency-wide experience/case studies, and/or current or previous results of initiatives.
Clarify strategic requirements, explaining complex ideas and managing expectations.
Understand client requests and translate those requirements and/or solutions into the appropriate client/agency management tools.
Lead and facilitate kickoff discussions in order to appropriately set and manage expectations, influence, coach and inspire the team throughout execution and delivery.
Staying connected with the client’s Project Manager regarding project status and budget pacing, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders in order to understand account profitability.
A commitment to building authentic rapport and maintaining positive, balanced relationships with clients and internal teams.
Continued self-development in communication and sales skills.
Identify and communicate (to key stakeholders) any internal and external risks and issues that may positively or negatively impact our client’s business, as it typically has a direct affect on our business as well.
Support internal teams by celebrating the team wins, jumping in to problem-solve issues, and clearing constraints.
Collaborate with other Growth Strategists and various team members to collaborate on strategy and overall account growth.
Demonstrate expertise in navigating complex situations; both internally and with clients.
Exemplify the 321 values and encourage their integrity throughout the team.
Support the onboarding of new employees.

A Bit About You
You’ve worked at an agency and you liked that environment
Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in Client services on various multi-faceted, omni-channel client accounts ranging in size and industry.
Comfortable presenting and continuing to build skills in this area
Experience contributing to and being a part of team responsible for building and executing advertising and marketing campaigns deploying traditional and non-traditional tactics
Proven professional experience managing successful client relationships
Strong attention to detail
Wicked strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Ability to prioritize and solve problems effectively
Mac and Google Suite proficient
You have a (borderline) unhealthy obsession with building relationships and helping people and companies grow.
