Jorge Herrera de León

Jorge Herrera De León has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jorge began their career at 7 11 as a Cashier in 2011 before becoming a Maintenance employee at Newport Swim and Fitness. In 2014, they worked as a Substitute Teacher for Source4Teachers, ensuring classroom order and teaching assigned lessons. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Teacher Assistant One on One at MissionOne, assisting a student with academic skills and supporting classroom projects. Jorge then worked as a Sales Representative at AutoZone from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Kim & Bae, P.C. as a Legal Assistant, assisting with various cases such as Bankruptcy, Family/Matrimonial, and immigration. Since 2018, Jorge has been working at Building Service 32BJ Benefit Funds, initially as a Multi-State Legal Benefits Coordinator, collaborating with Cooperating Attorneys and assisting the members of Local 32BJ. Jorge currently serves as an Assistant Staff Administrator, managing a team and implementing efficient processes.

Jorge Herrera De León completed their education with a focus on law. Jorge earned a Doctor of Law - JD degree from New York Law School between 2022 and 2026. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Social Science from Saint Peter's University from 2014 to 2016. Before their undergraduate studies, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Sociology from Hudson County Community College, attending from 2010 to 2014.
