Lauryn Franzoni is the Leadership & Community Advisor at 365 Media. Lauryn has over 20 years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, and coaching. Lauryn has worked with companies of all sizes to help them develop their people and improve their organizational effectiveness.

Previously, Lauryn was the President of The Franzoni Group, a leadership development and coaching firm they founded in 2000. Lauryn also served as the President of Leadership IQ, a research and training company that provides leaders with the insights they need to improve their organizations. During their tenure there, they helped hundreds of clients across a wide range of industries improve their leadership skills and build more effective organizations.

Before that, Lauryn was the Vice President of Strategy and Organizational Development at Kellwood Company, where they were responsible for talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement. Lauryn also helped evolve the Kellwood organization to better support its strategic growth initiatives and improve the capabilities of the Kellwood team.

Lauryn has a passion for helping leaders and organizations reach their full potential. Lauryn is a highly respected speaker and trainer, and their work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fast Company, and Harvard Business Review.

Lauryn Franzoni has a MA from the School of Communications-Journalism & Public Affairs at American University. Lauryn also has a Bachelor's Degree in American Studies from Dickinson College. Lauryn is certified in FIRO-B Individual, Business, & Leadership Assessment from The Myers-Briggs Company, Human Synergistics Leadership Impact from Human Synergistics, and Human Synergistics Organizational Culture Inventory from Human Synergistics. Lauryn is also certified in DiSC personality from Wylie Communications Inc., Stakeholder Centered Coach from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, and Assessment Interpreter from The McQuaig Institute.
