Dr. Sam Stephenson IV

S. Stephenson IV is a husband, father, CEO, Founder, and Entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience spanning multiple industries. His career started in 2007 as a leader at a fortune 10 company AT&T. He held various roles of leadership and management within the Sales, Services and HR organizations.

Stephenson established himself as lifetime learner. He earned his Bachelors Arts degree in Communication at the University Of Arizona in 2006. A short five years later in 2011 he earned his Master of Business Administration at Strayer University graduating with honors. Then 10 years later in 2021 he completed a Wharton Business School Entrepreneur Acceleration Program at University of Pennsylvania online to learn how to scale a startup company.

Stephenson in 2016 co-founded Cut & Shave Artists Barbershop in Las Vegas, Nevada. He helped establish the brand and business model that is being used in barbershop across the country and lead to his first exit of a multi-million dollar company in 2024. In 2021 Stephenson became a solo founder and established a new Fintech category. JOBPros Inc. developed the first Community Fintech platform for people to earn more income, clients and referrals with example to experts, creators and companies.

In early 2024 Stephenson looking to challenge himself once again accepted an offer to be the CEO and Chairman of the board of Lionshare Corporation as subsidiary of Investment Group Partners where he also sits on the board of directors.

Stephenson has established himself as a well rounded family man who loves to leverage and share his most valuable asset his brain power and personal experiences.
