Thomas Groen has an extensive work experience spanning several industries. Thomas currently holds the position of Regional Sales Director at 365Talents, where they are responsible for sales. Prior to this, they worked as a Corporate Account Manager at Unite-X (formerly iB&X HSE), where they provided software and consultancy solutions to clients. Thomas also served as a Business Development a.i. at Carebuilder, overseeing sales and business development. Previously, they were an Executive Sales Manager at eGPO, where they set up and managed a department. Thomas also worked as a Sales Director at WinBase Groep and Elegant Group, where they played key roles in business development and organization redesign. Furthermore, they served as an Adjunct Director at CMG, managing the existing customer base within the HRM and Payroll department. Thomas has also held various positions at KLM, Aska Cost Management Consultancy, and Software Builders Group.

Thomas Groen began their education at the Waterlant College from 1973 to 1980, where they pursued the VWO program. Following this, they attended the University of Amsterdam from 1980 to 1987, earning a degree in Econometrie (drs). In April 1988, they obtained a certification in doctoral Econometrie from the University of Amsterdam. Thomas later enrolled at the IBO Qualified Business School in 1993 and completed the Hoofdopleiding Bedrijfskunde program from 1993 to 1995. Thomas returned to the IBO Qualified Business School in 1995 and obtained an IBO Permanent degree by 1999.
