Oleg Reznik is an experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer and Technical Trainer at 3CX, having started in April 2016. In this role, Oleg provides technical training on the 3CX Phone System for Russian speakers through live events and webinars. Additionally, Oleg serves as a Technical Support Engineer, focusing on troubleshooting various functionalities of the 3CX Phone System and addressing related issues across VoIP, Networking, and operating systems including Windows, Linux, MacOS, Android, and iOS. Prior to joining 3CX, Oleg worked as a Computer Technician at Paphos Computers DPS from April 2013 to 2016. Oleg holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Frederick University Cyprus, earned between 2006 and 2010.
