Dave Pacheco

Dave Pacheco is the Director and Assistant Chief IP Counsel at 3M, specializing in trademark, copyright, and domain name procurement, enforcement, and litigation, as well as intellectual property licensing and regulatory compliance for e-commerce. Prior to this role, they served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Caterpillar Inc., overseeing global copyright and trademark protection. Dave has also worked as an attorney at Stoel Rives LLP and held the position of Director of Communications at Upward Reach Foundation. They earned a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. from Weber State University.
