Preshit Shingane

Preshit Shingane is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and maintenance management. Currently serving as Engineering and Maintenance Manager at 3M, Preshit has previously held the position of Assistant Maintenance Manager. As the Managing Director of Shingane Engineering & Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, Preshit has demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Preshit's background includes roles as a Maintenance Engineer at Kimberly-Clark and a Manufacturing Executive at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages. Academically, Preshit holds an Executive MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, completed in November 2023, and a Master of Technology in Mechatronics from the National Institute of Technical Teachers' Training and Research, Kolkata, earned in May 2011.
