Nidhi Shah

Nidhi Shah is the VP of Finance at 3Pillar Global, where she leads the corporate financial planning and analysis function. She has more than 15 years of leadership experience in finance and strategy across global SaaS, technology and media industries in mid-market private equity and public companies from $500m to $1B+ in revenue.

In this role, she will serve as a key finance partner to global leadership teams to help drive the next phase of top line growth and margin expansion and lead the finance team to deliver on key strategic priorities using data analytics.

Before joining 3Pillar, Nidhi was Senior Director of Finance with Blackboard where she led the finance organization to help accelerate the company’s SaaS transformation journey, build and scale a global finance team as well as drive financial rigor to help position for M&A.

Nidhi earned her Masters in Finance from University of Utah and her Bachelors in Information Technology from India. She currently resides in McLean VA where she lives with her husband and two daughters. She loves to travel, plays professional tennis and is a trained singer in Indian classical music.
